Shipping - Food & Accessories
Food and accessories are charged at a kg rate. We use Australia Post for all our deliveries and you will be sent a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Shipping - Live Birds
All shipments for live birds have to be quoted due to your location and accessibility of face-to-face delivery. You will be sent a separate invoice for shipping payment. Once payment has been confirmed, I will advise the flight details.
Returns
There are no return on food items.
Returns on accessories will be accepted for faulty items.
There are no returns on live birds. If your bird is received and showing signs of sickness, please contact us immediately.
